Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving your order. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and with its original tags attached.  Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Email us at info@paperbrownbagart.com, with your order number and the reason for return. 

2. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return. 

3. Repackage the item in its original packaging.

Refund Process:

1. We will inspect the returned item upon arrival.

2. If approved, we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method within 5 business days.

3. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
